SPECIALTIES:

Moceri + Roszak focuses on residential multifamily development on urban sites. JeffJack, a new apartment project located at 601 W. Jackson Blvd. in the west loop of Chicago, was just recently completed. The boutique 15-story building includes 190 apartments and is 96% leased only six months after opening. The LEED Gold building has an eco-garden located on the 4th floor and 8,500 sq. ft. amenity space on the 15th floor and retail frontage the first floor. The architectural design on Jefferson St. complements the old manufacturing district’s warehouse buildings with a portion of the new building showing large loft type windows set in a solid concrete wall, while a new glassy block sits on Jackson Blvd, with a curtain-wall that is accented by bright green colored mullions that depict the original windswept Chicago prairie grass.
